We have chosen to start our journey by seeking partnerships with the people, initiatives and organisations who are already making tangible impact on the ground. We want to amplify these voices by becoming the epicenter around which these NGOs and sector leaders unite to foster a cultural shift in Greece whereby social service / civic engagement is not a luxury but the norm.
Ecogenia is the 1st climate corps in Greece to mobilize youth in critical climate action. The organization empowers youth by providing them with skills-based training and paid opportunities to serve their country’s environment, while reinforcing local communities by leveraging human and other resources to build climate resilience on the ground.
